SHIPPING TIMES AND PRICING
When your order has been handed over to our team to fulfill, typical processing time is 3-5 business days if all items in your order are in-stock. At the time of processing your order, we will show you the estimated delivery date and the charges.
- Please remember that deliveries are only made on business days, and the shipping timeline does not include weekends, holidays, or any unforeseeable delays with the courier (weather, volume, traffic, etc).
- Deliveries outside of the US and Canada may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. Please note that Disorder The Label does not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Disorder The Label is not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
- When your order has been packed and is on the way to you, kindly note that the tracking may take some time to be scanned into the courier's system to reflect any activity or movement.
RETURN AND REFUND
We offer all customers 15-day return from the delivery/pick-up dates. To qualify for a return,
- Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
- Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included).
- No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, and item exchange must be returned as a complete set.
If the item is eligible for a return, send us an email at distoderthelabel@gmail.com requesting your return. Don't forget to include the following:
- The order number (Don’t worry if you don’t have one. The original purchaser’s full name and email address also help us track down the order).
- The address where the jewelry will be shipped from
Once you have requested the return, we will email you the instructions to make the delivery and the number of labels to match the number of packages you are going to send. Please ensure to send back the correct and complete item(s) for your return. Due to logistics and customs restrictions, Disorder The Label cannot reship or store items not from us but mistakenly sent as returns.
When we receive your return in our facilities, it will be processed within 5 business days. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email. The refunded amount will be made with the same method of payment used for the purchase within a maximum period of 14 days, depending on your bank.
- Keep in mind that the original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. You're responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
- Orders outside of US and Canada may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.
- If you do not have the card used for the purchase available, we suggest you contact your bank so they can assist you.
- If you do not see a credit to your account within 14 days from the date the return has been made, use the confirmation and present it to your banking institution so they may help you facilitate the process.
